se busca en pubmed plabras MESH claves con los diagnosticos como stroke, corioamnionitis, newborn, encontrando 6 articulos en toda la busqueda de los cuales me interesan cinco y el manejo inicial de este paciente con antecedente de RPMO de 17 horas con corioamnionitis clinica con apneas posteriores el riesgo de sepsis neonatal es muy grande por lo que se debe realizar soporte ventilatorio el necesario hasta intubacion, antibioticos iniciales de primera linea, valoracion de funcion cardiaca y soporte dependiendo de laboratorios y evolucion del paciente.
